Versalift Introduces New Executive Leadership, Technologies, Bucket Truck Innovations, and Equipment at ICUEE 2017

Aerial lifts that are insulated come standard with Versalift TruGuard™ 2.0

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Waco, Texas – Bucket trucks were the talk of the show at ICUEE 2017, where Versalift introduced the new members of its executive leadership team. The company announced new technologies, innovations, equipment and programs. Each of these is designed to help its network of bucket truck distributors to better serve their customer base and to promote the Versalift brand.

Versalift welcomes the leadership of Curt Howell, CEO; Lance Reinhard, CFO; and Robert Martz, Vice President of Manufacturing. With the combined decades of expertise among Versalift’s three new leaders, Howell, Reinhard and Martz look to further build upon the company’s renowned innovations and superior customer service in the years to come.

“We have already begun implementing company-wide improvements and advancements,” said Howell. “In a short period of time, I am pleased at the positive changes already occurring in the way we operate internally and in our relationships with our dealers and customers.”

Big Changes

Aerial lifts are the bread and butter product for Versalift. The brand is seeing some of its growth as a result of the introduction of TruGuard 2.0. The Versalift Fit interactive aerial lift training program is attracting interest. Versalift has built a brand new, mobile-friendly website. Additionally available is an expanded set of product offerings, including new bucket trucks, cable placers and digger derrick units.

New Technology

Bucket truck insulation innovations, with TruGuard 2.0, are an advancement on existing Versalift technology. TruGuard 2.0 increases dielectric protection by 44%. Further, it eliminates thermal pressure points while offering the most complete protection to lineman operating at the platform.

New Training Program

Bucket truck training, through Versalift FIT, provides on-demand operator training from any smartphone, tablet or computer. Users get the training they need, and the training program uses the latest principles of immersive design. The material is built to satisfy ANSI A92.2 guidelines while providing effective training.

New Website

Aerial lift information is readily available at Versalift.com, which has been reimagined as a complete, detailed catalog of all Versalift models. At the new website, users can search available units by model type, industry and size. Users can also request a bid or proposal, and schedule a live on-site demo.

New Bucket Trucks and Other Products

Versalift shared its new product offerings, including the STP-36-NE light-duty cable placer and the industry-exclusive Vantel-29. Versalift also debuted a new family of heavy-duty TMD-4050 Digger Derricks, which were well-received at the show.

“Versalift’s foundation is rooted firmly in a unified company culture, exemplary customer service and best-in-practice products,” said Jay Jeffrey, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President.

“This foundation has paved the way for the tremendous growth we are witnessing now and for the opportunities available for the company and our strategic distributor partnerships. I’m excited for the future of Versalift as we continue on this upward trajectory.”
