At Versalift, we provide co-ops, municipalities, government agencies and corporations with the bucket trucks and aerial lifts they need to safely maximize the capability and efficiency of their fleets and improve the bottom lines of their organizations.
Before you buy your bucket truck or digger derrick, it is important to determine your needs. It is vital to understand what it is, exactly, that you need your utility vehicle to do.
It is important to be able to answer these questions as you consider what kind of tool to purchase:
- What kind of work will your bucket truck do?
- How high will it need to reach?
- Will your work require material handling capability?
- How much side reach will you need?
- How much payload does the work require?
We listen to you
To ensure the safety, quality and reliability we deliver with every product, we begin by listening to our customers and asking about their needs. It is listening that allows us to make continual improvements to our products. Our experienced engineers continue to develop and test our fleet of Versalift bucket trucks. Based on our customers’ feedback, we improve the equipment that helps our customers successfully tackle the daily challenges of their work.
We build your bucket truck
Whether you order a single Versalift bucket truck, or plan a rollout of hundreds, each product order comes to our manufacturing plant with a detailed shop order and a raw piece of steel or aluminum. Using a time-proven process, our line engineers and technicians route each order through our manufacturing facility, where pieces are cut, welded, and processed.
In our manufacturing facility, metal quickly takes shape into our familiar Versalift products. We either assemble and mount our lifts in-house, or they can be transported and then mounted locally.
We offer further customization for your employees’ safety and efficiency with TruGuard insulation, Versalift’s proprietary upper control isolating system, which offers further protection to linemen working in an aerial lift from phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground electrical contact. Every Versalift bucket truck is thoroughly tested for the challenging tasks you’ll face in the field.
When your lift is mounted onto your truck, that same shop order that started it all accompanies the completed bucket truck at its departure. Your original shop order has now become the detailed owner’s manual for your Versalift bucket truck. The owner’s manual is a testament to the highly trained hands it’s passed through on it’s way to being built for you. Every owner of a Versalift bucket truck has their manual and service information on available to them when they access the Versalift Partner Program at versalift.com.
What began as raw material and a build list is now one of the safest, most reliable and highest quality bucket trucks in the world.

We have built our team the same way we build our products: we use the best materials and build from the ground up.
Connect with us on the phone or in person, and you’ll notice the difference. Our knowledge and passion for quality, safety and reliability doesn’t come from a script or a few hours in training. Our knowledge and passion comes from a desire to deliver the best, and our people have spent decades helping to build Versalift and have seen it continue to grow and succeed. Our executives have worked their way up from plant operators to leaders in our company, and our close-knit, family environment is why people want to stay. In fact, we employ multiple fathers and sons, and our history has gained richness as a result of “remember when” stories shared among us.
