Preventive Maintenance
Preventive maintenance keeps your Versalift bucket truck safe, reliable,
and performing at its best. Our recommended schedule is simple and
designed to minimize downtime:
After 30 days of ownership
- Re-torque all critical fasteners
- Replace the return line filter
Every 3 months or 250 service hours
- General inspection: check hoses, wires, decals, tie-downs
- Structural inspection: review fasteners, welds, and platform integrity
- Operational test: pumps, controls, valves, leaks, and cylinders
Every 6 months or 500 service hours
- Inspect hydraulic fluid
- Replace filters
- Adjust valves for peak performance
