Versalift Acquires CALCO and Establishes Versalift Canada

Versalift has acquired Canadian bucket truck distribution company CALCO Equipment, which is an established and high-quality distributor of Versalift bucket trucks, and other quality equipment brands. CALCO has built its excellent reputation by providing decades of high quality equipment sales, service, parts, training and financing to fleet customers through multiple Canadian locations.
With this acquisition, Time/Versalift continues to execute upon its global growth strategy. With a goal of offering the best customer and equipment service in the industry, the company is expanding its footprint of strategically located, company-owned distributors. CALCO Equipment will be renamed as Versalift Canada, maintaining normal operations and continuing to create significant value for fleet and contractor customers in Canada’s electric utility, municipal fleet, forestry, sign & light and telecommunications industries.
