Versalift Warranty Coverage
Every Versalift aerial lift is engineered for long-term reliability. To give our customers peace of mind, we back our equipment with one of the strongest warranties in the industry:
- 1-year coverage on all parts manufactured by Time Manufacturing Company.
- Lifetime warranty on structural components for defects in material or workmanship.
- Warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires proper installation, service, and operation according to Versalift guidelines.
With these protections in place, you can trust that your Versalift equipment is built to perform safely and reliably for years to come.
How Our Warranty Service Works
If an issue arises, our commitment is to get you back to work quickly. Warranty claims are handled through our factory or any Authorized Service Station, covering repair or replacement of defective parts at no cost.
Please note that some items are not included, such as wear components, consumables, transportation fees, or equipment damaged through misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs. To ensure full coverage, all service must follow Versalift’s operator and maintenance manuals and use original Versalift parts.
