High-Reach Aerials – Versalift Delivers Best in Class PHX-180-I

High-Reach Aerials delivered – Versalift PHX-180-I recently delivered high-access aerial lifts in support of a major infrastructure project in upstate New York. Accompanying the Versalift PHX-180-I units were experienced Versalift sales engineers, who provided operational and safety training. Operator training for Versalift high-reach units is highly detailed, and occurs both in-class and on the units themselves. For these new, advanced high-reach aerials, operator training includes a focused look at the unit’s telematics and on-board diagnostics systems.

Versalift PHX-180-I – Heavy-Duty Transmission Aerial

Purpose-built for maintenance and construction of electricity transmission and generation infrastructure, the PHX-180-I has a remarkable working envelope of 183’ working height and 79’ of horizontal reach.  With a maximum platform capacity of 2,000 lbs (907 kg), and optional jib and winch system capacity of 1,500 lbs (680 kg), the PHX-180-I has easily the highest combined platform and material handling capacity in its class.

Safer and More Simple to Operate

The Versalift PHX-180-I has several features that make it a safer and more simple machine to operate. The insulated high-reach unit’s unique boom configuration allows for a significantly easier jobsite set-up, while multiple outrigger configurations allow teams to operate from a much more compact footprint.
