Ruthmann Acquisition Completes as Time Manufacturing Company Executes on Global Growth Plan

Time Manufacturing Company (“Time”) has completed its acquisition of Ruthmann, a European manufacturer of aerial work platforms. Ruthmann brands include Ruthmann, Steiger, Blueline and Ecoline, and are well-known for their high-quality. Ruthmann and Versalift have worked together distributing each other’s equipment in Europe and North America, respectively.
Time Manufacturing Company (“Time”) has completed its acquisition of Ruthmann, a European manufacturer of aerial work platforms. Ruthmann brands include Ruthmann, Steiger, Blueline and Ecoline, and are well-known for their high-quality. Ruthmann and Versalift have worked together distributing each other’s equipment in Europe and North America, respectively.

The acquisition of Ruthmann by Time represents an incredible opportunity for Time to better serve customer needs. The combined company will be represented at the Utility Expo (formerly ICUEE) in September 2021.
