May 11, 2016 | Press Releases

One of Versalifts most powerful and diverse units, the PHX 180-I made its debut at the 2015 International Construction Utility Equipment Exposition (ICUEE). The sleek modern design and impressive capabilities of the PHX represent a compilation of the best engineering ideas produced during Versalifts 50 years of brainstorming.

The PHX mounts on a Freightliner commercial chassis and includes side-by-side insulated booms that allow for clearance above a standard chassis cab.

Designed with transmission linemen and inspectors in mind, the capabilities of the PHX include:

  • 183 feet of vertical working height
  • 79 feet true working side reach
  • Maximum platform capacity of 2000 lbs
  • 180 platform rotation
  • 1500 lbs maximum jib capacity
  • 111 feet of horizontal access range

Features of the PHX also include an expandable platform capacity, remote diagnostics, and automatic speed control, improved human machine interface, as well as full capacity in all positions.
