Versalift Establishes Exclusive Joint Venture with China Grid Subsidiary Xuji.

Beijing, China – Despite significant tariff increases between the United States and China and a challenging climate for international trade, XJ Electric (Xuji) and Versalift, a Time Manufacturing Company, have completed negotiations on two ground-breaking new joint ventures. XJ Electric is a major Chinese Electric Utility company and Versalift is a global manufacturer of bucket trucks, aerial lifts and other equipment used in the construction and maintenance of electric power infrastructure, based in the United States.

Members of the press and media are invited to join representatives from XJ Electric and Time/Versalift for an official announcement which will be made at 10AM-12PM on December 18, 2018, at the GUIDU HOTEL BEIJING. Specific details of the agreements and their impact will be revealed to the media and press at that time.
