Transparency & Accountability in Customer Service
At Versalift, we are all accountable to our valued customers. We have completed the implementation of a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system across the entire Versalift global organization, which creates a clear record for each customer, tracking and reporting parts and service orders by serial number, and records all inquiries and other interactions. One advantage of implementing a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management system is that customers don’t have to work through their salespeople to resolve parts, service and warranty issues. In 2018, Versalift entirely revamped the way it handles customer support. Versalift Parts Department
At the Versalift Parts Department, standard replacement parts are always in stock. They ship, on average, in three days, with same-day shipping available for standard maintenance items on popular units. For customers who own our most popular units, we offer the ability to pre-order maintenance and parts bundles, which shortens turnaround time.
Versalift Warranty Inquiries
With a goal of 100% first time quality in our manufacturing facilities, it is rare that our customers experience warranty issues relating to Versalift products. In fact, industry data shows that Versalift has the best warranty rate in the industry. When our customers call with questions or concerns about their warranties, we understand that they are sometimes tied to parts and service issues.
