Versalift’s New Customer Support Center Great Early Results

In a major effort to completely review and address all aspects of its approach to customer service, Versalift has recently expanded its capacity to respond to inbound customer calls. Headed by Anthony Columbus, Versalift’s new head of Customer Support and Service, the customer support center is a large, open environment, where Parts, Service and Warranty groups are all located. The customer support center brings together all of the work groups into one central location, which allows collaboration and a strong common sense of purpose. The group is performing well, with average wait times of just ten seconds, and zero unanswered calls.

Open during regular business hours (Monday-Thursday 8-5, Friday 7-3:30), and with 24×7 live support, Versalift is now able to respond to customer requests on an ongoing basis.
