Job Summary: Product Support Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient individual to join our team as a Product Support Representative at Aspen Aerials. As a vital member of our organization, you will work under the supervision of the Team Lead Product Support Representative, contributing to the success of our Aspen Aerials Bridge Inspection Units (UBIU) through inspections, maintenance, repairs, and comprehensive training programs.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- General mechanical ability; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to speak in front of groups.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL (commercial driver’s license).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a passport.
- Problem-solving skills, especially in challenging situations with limited resources.
- Ability to interpret work instructions in various formats.
- Physical capabilities: walking, sitting, using hands, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and lifting up to 75 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Proficient in operating UBIUs from the basket over bridges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through phone, written correspondence, and in-person interactions to understand equipment concerns and provide technical service solutions.
- Assist in the development and upkeep of training materials, parts, and service/operators manuals.
- Travel to customer locations, both domestically and internationally, to conduct inspections, training sessions, and repairs of UBIUs in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare, submit, and review inspection reports with customers.
- Process service, warranty, inspection, and expense reports in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with service providers and users to resolve warranty and service issues.
- Operate and inspect UBIUs prior to delivery, providing correction lists to the Production Manager.
- Conduct diagnostic tests on UBIUs using electrical and hydraulic test equipment.
- Perform repairs on UBIUs at Aspen Aerial’s facility and customer locations.
- Support the production department through personnel training and development.
- Participate in the annual “Aspen Aerials Service School.”
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Engage in company training activities to enhance overall work performance.
- Adhere to all Aspen Aerials policies and procedures.
